Today was a pretty active day. I started it off right by going for a 4 mile walk with the wife.
We walked for an hour and a half. It was nice to spend some time together while also getting a workout in. We saw lots of bunnies along the way, but I didn't get any photos. I figure y'all have already seen enough photos of rabbits already anyways. We did happen by some wild blackberries though. That's pretty cool. They're not quite ripe yet.
After our walk, we went about our daily activities such as church and grocery shopping. I got some steps that way as well. And afterwards I did some pretty hefty yard work removing a few small trees from next to my house.
Today, I also started keto. I am hoping to stick to it this time. I just have to get over the hump. It's a great diet for me because I am a volume eater when consuming a lot of carbs. They seem to work like appetite enhancers to me. So it's easier for me to eat at a deficit when I cut them out.
All in all, for the day I finished with 19k steps! I also hit all 5 of my goals. So that's a good day for me. I'll check in with you guys tomorrow.
