My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2021
Today, I actually went on two separate walks. We were in a bit of a hurry this morning so we had to cut out walk short after just under 3 miles. We saw a bunny rabbit along the way.
After that, I was mostly sedentary the rest of the day while I was at work. I tried to get some steps in here and there, but I couldn't do too much. So it had to wait until evening.
After dinner, we decided to finish up our walk. We only had an hour to work with, but we ended up with 2.69 more miles. We also saw bunny number 2.
So to finish up the day, I had over 17k steps. That's a pretty good haul over the last 2 days. Tomorrow, though, I want to get back in the gym and lift some weights. We'll see how that goes. I'll check in with you guys tomorrow.
