My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2021

I didn't have much going on today. Had to wake up a little early to take my daughter to a friend's house. Then I basically worked all day. We went out to eat for dinner and it wasn't anything special. It had been a while since we ate out so you'd think we'd enjoy it, but I guess we're used to home now. I think that's a good thing.

Well it's another low step count day. Only 5k again. I'm going to try to improve that tomorrow.
