Hello dear community,

Not really much happened at my place today. I walked most of my steps at work.

In the afternoon there was the training for my daughter in her gymnastics club, where the parents unfortunately have to stay outside...

I must say, it is not so easy for me not to be able to supervise the little one.

Well, at the end of the day I fulfilled my target of 10000 steps and I am quite satisfied with it.

Heute ist nicht wirklich viel passiert bei mir. Den größten Teil meiner Schritte bin ich auf Arbeit gelaufen.

Nachmittag war dann das Training für meine Tochter in ihrem Turnverein, wo die Eltern leider draußen bleiben müssen….

Ich muss sagen, es fällt mir gar nicht so leicht die kleine nicht beaufsichtigen zu können.

Naja, am Ende des Tages habe ich mein Soll von 10000 Schritten erfüllt und bin ganz zufrieden damit.
