Okay,

Yesterday we were again at the local frisbeegolf course and I took a video of myself, throwing the disc.

I'm not able to show you the video from the actifit app, but that's why I took screenshots.

Here's me getting ready to throw it.

Here I've thrown it, and it's the black "ufo" just above the grass.

And here's the satisfied man after the shot.
