Just made it to the 10K steps mark thanks to some sofa laps. Today we went for lunch at a place called Butter. I first heard of this place a month or so ago because they co-hosted a forum with Stake about stocks and sneakers. Sneakers are a rising star in the collectibles category of the ‘alternative assets’ class of investing (see stockx for proof).
So anyways, Butter is a fried chicken restaurant/champagne bar/collectible sneaker retailer rolled into one - so hipster it hurts! I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have any sneakers at this place. I think they just sell the sneakers online??
The fried chicken was good! I had their ramen with fried chicken - yum!
