Long run and walk for Father’s Day - My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2020
It was a big-stepping day starting with a 13.45 kms run to Rose Bay. I added in a couple of little loops around Darling Point and Point Piper to keep things interesting.
mrshill and I went for a long walk to my parents’ house for Father’s Day. It was a beautiful day and we’d definitely worked up an appetite by the time we arrived for lunch. Mum cooked dad’s requested meals. It was pretty good. They recently got a new home coffee machine and we all weighed in with our two cents on how my dad could improve his barista skills. My decaf latte was also pretty good.
