Part of healthy lifestyle is eating food that has full of nutrition. No need to buy expensive food for you to achieve it. Vegetables are one of the nutritious food. Other people might found it not good to their taste. However, the nutrients are the real deal that will give into the human body.

Yes, you're doing exercises for a longer time and everyday. But when you keep on eating with food full of fats or oil. There's still possibility that you'll be unhealthy. Healthy life doesn't just about exercises. This is about food.

That's why as possible, eat vegetables everyday. It's fine if not every meal but at least once a day. You will notice that your bodt becomes lighter.
