Visiting a Shrine

As a Roman Catholic, a statue or any types of images represent our God is important to me. Others may not understand but we have no right to judge because all of us have different beliefs. Religion can't save us so don't you dare tell me yours is the real deal.

Yesterday my friends asked me to come along with them. They said they would visit a Shrine. This Shrine was newly made by the Father of my friend. She was Mary the Immaculate Heart. I had no idea at first that it was located there. It's only weeks since it was made here so I didn't know the way of going there.

My friends lead the way as I just walked at the last because it's hard to walk. It's on the peak and I was not used to it anymore.

Just 10 minutes we arrived at the peak. The ocean was so clear watching from above. It was not that far but it's hard to go there. It's like your knees reached your mouth because of the so inclined path. But because of our faith, I refused to worry about it and ignored it. It's just like part of a sacrifice if you wanted something to happen.

And then we arrived at the shrine. We prayed as we kneeled down. The wind was very relaxing because it's on the top. It was worth the walk.
