A day without walking makes me more tired. If there's no sweat to come out and at least my body gets tired. I feel even better and somehow my mind won't think about what's happening to my body. Although there's no assurance to walk at least sweating every day because you know the weather, it interrupts the plan for going outside. I haven't been walking from that mountain and just walking around for a short distance in our small village. It's fine but it's different when it comes to going to the mountain to have some walking. The distance, the peak of the hills to walk for sure satisfies your thoughts.
Earlier, I haven't posted in actifit because something's not right on my phone. Today was different when I experimented with my phone on how to let the actifit app keep on running even though I turned my phone into sleep mode. I was excited because it's working, I walked around the place and I captured a couple of flowers to show you in this activity. I captured it with flowers from my neighborhood where I feel like loving it. I managed to have 5k steps where it serves as satisfying for walking every day. Not that much but not that few. Anyway, I'm just glad I was walking to see these beautiful flowers and together with my actifit activity.
