A new found motivation to exercise

Well I decided to weight my self today and the situation is a little bit worse than I thought. Established a new record of 92 Kg 😅! I have a weeding in august and I really don’t want to spend money on a new suit so I’m determined to loose at least 8 Kg until then to make sure my old suit fits me!

With my new found determination I decided to go for a 50 minutes walk / run and I’m having a salad for dinner. Hopefully I can enter a healthy routine of exercising at least 4 times a week, drink alcohol only once a week and smoke a little bit less 🤞🏼. I will use actifit to keep track of my runs and see how much I can improve in the next few weeks.
