6K is not that bad for a day with no intentional exercise. I don’t usually get over 4K when I don’t exercise


True not bad but frustrating when you really want to do a workout but finally can't :(
It's challenging but we should try to reach 5k everyday, workout or not, just a nice walk after lunch would do it and it's very healthy :)
