It is a gym show or entertainment thing- you go to show your shoes and your egos:) if gyms would useful- won't be so much fat people in the gym :) a thinking human is healthy anyway he don't need to go to gym- only if he wants to achieve some personal goal. Today in the gym you go to show you accepting the money game :) to show how cool you are with nwe shows, how cool you are to pay 200£ for membership and beeing fat:) o how much steroid can you incect your self and how much you can deadlift with incorrect form and collect stupid likes on internet. Today's gym is a joke- because they invest money- and to return money they start selling- the most selling shit to survive :) the most stupid sociaty of this century. Gym even do not exist anymore. Just gym-show :)
