Un fuerte abrazo virtual!

La resiliencia nos permite superar obstáculos y enfrentar las diversas adversidades que se generan en nuestro diario vivir mediante el equilibrio emocional, es decir, gestionando las emociones.

Definitivamente hoy fue un día productivo, donde realice mi respectiva caminata diaria, posteriormente asistí y participe en una reunión laboral, luego fui con mis compañeras de trabajo a disfrutar de un barquillon, porque considero que debemos premiarnos, danos un gusto, consentirnos, estos detalles fortalece tu autoestima y te motiva a continuar.
