48th Actifit - 8997 steps - 6km - 2025-12-01

Yesterday my dad bought me a birthday cake—mostly as an excuse to gather everyone and video-call my mom. Unlike normal families who do birthday cakes at night, we do ours at noon… for reasons that are, uh, pretty obvious.

At least three people in this family crash early. I’m on that team too. Our jobs also mean we’re usually around at noon—except for Nariman, who, as I said yesterday, is now basically A Man With A Life™ and leaves in the morning and comes back at night.
(He didn’t go today, though, because he had… diarrhea.)

Anyway, my dad said one of his students had baked him a cake and brought it in on the exact same day, so suddenly we had two cakes. We called Mom, who was at my uncle’s place, and the two of them just kept laughing at everything.

When those two are together, everything becomes a joke, and everyone becomes the target. Relatives call them “the sibling duo.”
So yeah… I got double-celebrated!

دیروز بابا یه کیک تولد برام خریده بود تا به این بهانه دور هم بشینیم و با مامان تماس تصویری بگیریم. برخلاف بقیه‌ی خونواده‌ها که شب رو ترجیح میدن ما ظهر‌ها مراسم کیک تولد رو بگزار می‌کنیم، البته دلایل‌ش تا حدی واضحه!

حداقل سه نفر از اعضای خونواده شب زود خواب‌شون میگیره، من توی این تیم‌م! شغل‌هامون هم جوریه که ظهر هستیم، البته غیر از نریمان که دیروز گفتم که الان برای خودش کسی شده و صب می‌ره شب میاد که اونم امروز اسهال شده بود و سر کار نرفت!

البته بابا گفت که یکی از شاگردان‌ش یه کیک پخته و دقیقاً توی همین روز براش آورده و در نتیجه ما دوتا کیک داشتیم! دیگه تماس گرفتیم و مامان که پیش دایی بود جواب داد و کلی خندیدیم از دست این دوتا.

وقتی این دوتا باهم هستن به همه‌چیز می‌خندن و همه‌چی رو سوژه‌ی شوخی می‌کنن! اقوام و آشنایان بهشون میگن خواهربرادرو! خلاصه که مبارک شدم دیگه!
