My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2025

A double run day got me over the 30k for this report. I ran early by myself and now have started running with some friends in the nature reserve after dark with head torches once per week. It is an easy way to build a bigger base. We still manage an afternoon walk and spotted this very unusual twisted grass tree. I have never seen one naturely wrap around like that before. I really wonder if someone forced it in some how.
