It was another day that I was forced to get on the treadmill as work continues to limit my time even though it is at home. However, I got a break for lunch time and got on the treadmill and jogged 30 minutes and finished the workout with 15 minutes of walking. I was surprised to see I got in a 5K between both workouts!
The rest of the day was an effort to be active during my meetings and conferences. I was still somewhat short in the evening but walked around the house as I waited for dinner to be ready and also while catching up on social media feeds. This allowed me to get past my goal for the day.
