Could Not Resist the Outdoors - My Actifit Report: July 1, 2020
After spending most of my workouts outdoors while back in the island last week, I could not resist to do it again here at home. It was early and before the heat and felt like I had the whole neighborhood to myself so it was fun. Given the terrain being much flatter here, it was an easy jog.
I felt really strong early on the run so I took the longer route to get a 5K under my belt. The heat of Summer will not make much of these possible but I continue to enjoy running outside rather than the treadmill. The views help quite a bit while running!
