Different Route but Great Workout - My Actifit Report: July 3, 2020

Despite having to work throughout the day despite the Holiday, I got a late start after going outside for a jog and walk. I pushed myself to get almost 4 miles done before sitting at the desk on and off for the rest of the day.

The time outside gave me an idea for a workout tomorrow so looking forward to given something new a try; like the old days. It will depend on how much work I still have going into the weekend!

Hmm, a bit of a problem. I know how family oriented you are.

I have my sister here from Sydney and my brother is flying in from Cairns on Friday. For my dad's funeral. My two brothers and their family in Finland cannot fly in. Good to have some around though.

Keep your chin up, they'll be back.
