Back to Work - My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2020

I never thought that having a week off from workouts would impact me so much! It was a rough walk this morning as we went for a typical walk around the neighborhood. The weather was great so took advantage to get 45 minutes in before starting the workday.

The day back at the home office was just as rough as I had plenty of emails and work to catch up on despite spending some time on them over the weekend. Did an extra effort to get past the goals of the day in activity as I need it for some time now!
