No Time - My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2020

Ran out of time today to get enought activity in. Despite an early start, I was only able to get part of a walk in before having to start my day in the home office. Things did not get better after that either.

Despite doing my best to stand and pace around, my time was very limited today. I did not wrap up until well in the evening so had to spend some time with the family.
