It was another crazy day at the home office that will likely continue into the weekend but I continue to focus to get my time for workouts and activity. Trying to prioritize that has been easy to do this week as I try to get back on track.
I also remained quite active during multiple calls to get most of my activity by the evening. However, I still needed to pace around the house before bed so I can get to my daily goal for the day. I am encourage by the small successes so far this week!
