Back to the Gym - My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2020
Decided to mix things up again and walk to the gym for some weight training. Unfortunately, I got there only half hour before the cleaning break was due so I really only got to do about four sets of four marchines.
I focused on the upper body as it has been months since I last did weights. I came out feeling good but I have a feeling that I will be sore the rest of the weekend. Great to change it up!
