Come Back - My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2020

Came back today after a long week of inactivity and got in the treadmill for a long walk. I reflected about the great week I had with the family which helped with the wavering motivation.

Having some trouble with my legs given the week of walking but weird given the reduced intensity. I will see how I can continue with a busy week ahead back in the home office. Amazing to see another year come to an end soon.
