Got up a little later than I wanted today which delayed my schedule so I was left with little time to get my workout in between my morning coffee and first meeting. It helped my pace as I knew I needed to get back in time for a shower and my first meeting.
Given the effort, I was able to shave about half minute off my recent best pace for the 5K. At one point I thought I was pacing for a minute or more but fatigue got to me as I was ending the route. The elevation changes are what impact me the most in this route so still have not figured out how to optimize that part.
