Back to the treadmill this morning for a great workout. It feels different and for some reason tougher to maintain a higher pace when comparing to my outdoor 5Ks over the last couple of weeks. I think it is more mental but working on improving.
The indoor setting was a bit hot given the Summer heat which led to some extreme sweat today that was uncomfortable. I had a long cooldown to get ahead and be able to relax tonight after a long week. An hour was good given the time I have had recently.
