Today did not start very well for me as an early start and a lazy wake up did not create the time needed for a workout. At that point, I was unsure of I was going to achieve anything today so started pacing between meetings.
The motivation started in the afternoon as I got my new watch so I was encouraged to give it a spin at some point. It was a little later than I would have wanted but got on the treadmill and did some speed intervals with a cooldown afterwards. It got me above my average trends as of late!
