My first full day with my new watch to track my progress has continued my motivation. Woke up a bit earlier today as the day was busy but got out and took the long route to and from the gym for a good walk and some weight training. Added an additional set during the session to add some intensity.
Got back to start my busy day that lasted well into the evening. I was able to pace between meetings in the morning but the afternoon was rough given the schedule. Positive to get through the daily goal again today.
