Adjusting - My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2021

Yesterday was somewhat surreal as it went by so quickly with a lot of things to be done. It led to a poor day of activity and plenty of stress so it will take some time to adjust back into a routine.

I started it off today with an early start although not early enough as I had to start working early and back to back all day without a break. This also limited my activity despite my efforts. I remain motivated to pick it back up soon enough.
