Transition Day - My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2022
After a long day of traveling, being back home was a relief but did not do much to get me off my feet much. Work was very busy as a number of deliverables had piled up considering the travel last week. Despite getting caught up a bit in route, it was a day of back to back meetings.
By the time I arrived home, the body was asking for some rest just like my mind. I never want to push myself too hard as this is a marathon and not a sprint. I know I will have opportunities in the coming days to get back on an intense track of workouts.

I think that sometimes, we all think we HAVE to do 10,000 or more steps a day, no matter what! You are correct; life is a marathon, and some days just don't make the 10,000. Movement is movement, and there will always be a better opportunity to get that movement. If you need rest, you need rest! I've had to learn that the hard way.
