Tackling an Interval - My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2025
I have had plenty of activity since traveling but it has mostly been around walking and exploring out destinations. Other than my weekly long run, I have not been pushing my cardio much so I had to get to the gym this morning and try an interval session. O pushed moderately which felt good but I can tell that I have been off for a bit. I think I can incorporate more intervals in the remaining days to not get too off track with stamina.
I also had some time with the family to walk around the city again as we explored some new corners and alleys. It is always fun to find a new spot to eat or shop! The afternoon was full of meetings from work but having the activity donr already allowed me to focus in getting my trigger sessions and core training done in between meetings when the opportunity arose. Probably going to try to get more sleep tonight.
