Repair ride to eliminate the lactic acid we generated yesterday. I have also slept 8 regulatory hours which will also help. This week I will alternate warm-up and stretching with outdoor exits.

Paseo reparador para eliminar el ácido láctico que generamos ayer. También he dormido 8 horas reglamentarias con lo cual eso también ayudará. Esta semana alternaré calentamiento y estiramiento con las salidas de exterior.
