My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2020

So as a result of the nationwide lockdown, I stopped taking walks outside. Then I improvised, I take walks around my compound every morning. Ever since I found out how useful walks are to our hearts, I never miss a day. Not even covid-19 will stop me.
