My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2020

Hello, I'm nuahs, a new actifitter. @atongis invited me here. He told to me that I can earn while having a good lifestyle through exercise. I usually have 10,000 or more steps especially if I jog or run. I had my interval run today.. The government allows sports activities outside provided that the person must wear mask and follow 2 meters distance. . I did 3 rounds of this. One round is equivalent to more or less 2 kilometers.
