My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2020

Good day Actifitters! I checked the plants in the morning and had a walk around. I went to the neighboring province to buy some stuffs for my store. I drove 5 to 6 hours back and forth and walked about 4 steps there.

One hour after dinner at home, I did a short cardio exercise and walked inside the house for more than 30 minutes to reach my goal of 10,000 steps😀.
