Good day Actifitters! I had a walked around the house after breakfast. It was already hot when I checked the plants. Later in the morning, I had a quick cardio exercise.

About 4:30 PM, I had a shoot around which my son and nephew joined me. I also cycled for more than 33 minutes after playing basketball.

In the evening, I walked inside the house complete my steps.
