My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2020

Good day Actifitters! I woke up early but I wasn't able run or cycle on the road because my fitbit watch and phone that I use for physical monitoring was low battery. I just did a little physical activities in the morning. I checked the plants after breakfast. Then I drove my wife to the hospital to do her rounds.

In the afternoon, I had a shoot around with my son and 2 nephews. I ran for almost 30 minutes and walked around the house to finish my goal.
