Good morning guys. We are getting closer to the end of the week and also getting closer to our local compitition organised by my church. football and order games will be played on that day. It's been awhile since I got some time to engage in activities like this. Good day friends enjoy the rest of the day and please stay safe.
So guys in that same spirit we all came out in our numbers for training, you know we can't sit back and wait for the day to come then we participate, we are just gonna fail that is the reason we came out to do practice so we can be at our best. I will be playing football and I will be at the defence wing. That's my position I am at my best over there😃.
So feed your eyes with those images, they were taken immediately after the training, I bless God it was all successful, we are going for another training letter on Saturday morning. Against Sunday which is going to be the day the exercise kick starts.
Those ladies you saw on the pics, evegrace and zellypearl the both of them surprised me, they really performed well I thought they won't be able to even kick the ball but I was proven wrong 😂.
Running around the field with the phone in my hands got my activity count go high this time 😃😜. After the training I couldn't feel my legs I had pains all over my body, I suspect it was because I had less concern for my body that was the reason I had the pains after the training. I should be doing this at least every that will really help.or what do you suggest?
Please go out from time to time and exercise your body it is very important, you will be healthy and happy all the time.
