Good afternoon, today was awesome went out jogging, while jogging I was holding my phone inside my pocket, the activity count was very fast in a short while I was able to accumulate 10935 actifit. It was good. But guys after the exercise my whole body was on fire, I mean pains from my joints to hips and waist.

All what you need Is to buy some few things from the market that will cost you less. You need Lemon Grass, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Grape and Lime. Just get the items mentioned above, was them clean then cut the garlic and ginger to small parts. Chop your onions, put them all inside a pot and boil till the colour changes to the same as urine. You can drink while it's hot or warm.
