En esta oportunidad les traigo mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en esta bella plataforma llamada Actifit, donde tuve un enfoque mayormente apartado de las planchas en las paralelas, donde fue un día, por decirlo así, regular, con algunos altos y otros bajos, pero realmente nada que me perjudicara al 100%, solamente que últimamente no he tenido buenos entrenamientos y debo ser sincero, que ha sido por descuido, pero desde el lunes volví con las rutinas planificadas y me veo mucho mejor.

Logré tener un enfoque mucho mayor en el holdeo de straddle, donde logré muy buenas posturas con ello, logrando un mayor aguante isométrico y, por ende, una mayor fuerza de palanca, la cual me ayuda mucho al momento de hacer preses y movimientos de palanca en general, como también podría ser la flexión y, en este caso, también la full planche, elemento muy importante en el área de la calistenia que muchas personas sueñan con conseguir y realmente hay que tener mucha paciencia en el mismo.

Y hablando de full planche, tuve unos muy buenos aguantes con isometrías que rondan desde los 5 segundos hasta los 9 segundos, marcas personales muy buenas que, en lo personal, me impresionaron y no creí que lograría de una manera tan fácil, lo que me dejó más que feliz por el nivel que he ido logrando con el tiempo, generando con esto un mayor nivel de estáticos que me acompañará muy probablemente en todos mis entrenamientos de hoy en adelante.

Y realmente eso fue todo por este día; no realicé mucho más que series de combos estáticos con un muy buen enfoque en la plancha, lo cual me ha ayudado mucho en mis isométricos y me mantiene al día con ellos.
This time I'm sharing my journey to reach over 5,000 steps on this beautiful platform called Actifit. My focus was mostly on planks on the parallel bars. It was a fairly average day, with some highs and lows, but nothing that really hurt my performance. It's just that I haven't been training well lately, and I have to be honest, it's been due to neglect. But since Monday, I've been back to my planned routines and I'm feeling much better. I managed to focus much more on straddle holdes, achieving very good postures and, therefore, greater isometric endurance and, consequently, greater leverage strength. This helps me a lot when doing presses and lever movements in general, such as push-ups and, in this case, the full planche, a very important element in calisthenics that many people dream of achieving, and it really requires a lot of patience. Same.

And speaking of full planche, I had some really good isometric holds ranging from 5 to 9 seconds, very good personal bests that, personally, impressed me and I didn't think I would achieve them so easily, which made me more than happy with the level I've been reaching over time, generating a higher level of static holds that will most likely accompany me in all my training from now on.

And that was really all for today; I didn't do much more than sets of static combos with a very good focus on the planche, which has helped me a lot with my isometrics and keeps me up to date with them.
