Tuesday ☀️ 12736

A slate-grey sky stretched over the city like a quiet curtain, but the air stayed soft and warm. I started my round through the Tiergarten early, the gravel damp from last night's rain. At Neuer See, I paused for breathwork and balancing, standing on one leg while two herons skimmed low across the water like silent kites. Midway, a pair of squirrels danced around a tree in a frantic game of chase. I only caught one on camera, but brought this moment back for you. The usual companions padded the path: ducks, swans gliding like royalty, coots clicking from the reeds. Even snails dared to venture out, their translucent trails gleaming like thread. I helped one cross the path before a cyclist could crush it. Not everything was extraordinary, but the details, the delicate, the small, made the morning feel quietly alive.

Ein wolkenverhangener Himmel lag wie ein stiller Vorhang über der Stadt, doch die Luft blieb sanft und warm. Ich begann meine Runde früh im Tiergarten, der Kies noch feucht vom Regen der Nacht. Am Neuen See hielt ich inne für Atem- und Gleichgewichtsübungen, stand auf einem Bein, während zwei Reiher wie lautlose Drachen über das Wasser glitten. Unterwegs jagte ein Eichhörnchenpaar um einen Baum, nur eines schaffte es auf ein Foto, aber ich habe den Moment für euch eingefangen. Die üblichen Weggefährten waren da: Enten, Schwäne wie schwebende Majestäten, Blässhühner klickend im Schilf. Selbst Schnecken wagten sich hervor, ihre glänzenden Spuren wie Fäden auf dem Weg. Einer half ich ins Gebüsch, bevor sie von einem Radfahrer überrollt worden wäre. Nicht alles war außergewöhnlich, aber die Details, das Zarte, das Kleine, ließen diesen Morgen still lebendig wirken.
