A neat crisp cold November morning was in the air, and I felt it in my fingers and face, like a gentle reminder to slow down. I only did a short and relaxed three-bridge-walk, because I still felt the jobs of the last two weeks in my bones. The fresh air cleared my head like an open window in a stuffy room. I enjoyed breathing consciously and knowing that I didn't have to go to another job afterwards. Instead, I returned to my warm couch, where Sunday spread wide and quietly. If the cold stayed, gloves and hat would be my companions for longer walks. From this short walk I brought you autumnal impressions, full of colorful leaves like small flags of change.
Ein ordentlich knackig kalter Novembermorgen lag in der Luft, und ich spürte ihn in meinen Fingern und meinem Gesicht, wie eine sanfte Erinnerung, langsamer zu machen. Ich machte nur einen kurzen und entspannten Drei-Brücken-Walk, weil ich die letzten zwei Wochen täglicher Jobs noch in den Knochen fühlte. Die frische Luft klärte meinen Kopf wie ein geöffnetes Fenster in einem stickigen Raum. Ich genoss es, bewusst zu atmen und zu wissen, dass ich danach nicht zu einem weiteren Job musste. Stattdessen kehrte ich auf meine warme Couch zurück, wo sich der Sonntag weit und ruhig ausbreitete. Wenn die Kälte blieb, würden Handschuhe und Mütze meine Begleiter für längere Walks werden. Von diesem kurzen Walk brachte ich euch herbstliche Eindrücke mit, voller bunter Blätter wie kleine Fahnen des Wandels.
