It was Easter Monday, and I took advantage of the opportunity and the morning calm of the holiday to go on another bike ride to Jungfernheide, where I enjoyed another long, refreshing morning walk, including interval walking, breathing exercises, and meditation, on the island by the shore. It was incredibly relaxing to sit on the shore for a while and let the sunlight dancing on the water lull me into a deep inner trance with my eyes closed. I brought a 360-degree camera to capture the beautiful water tower from a different angle, and the light cooperated quite well. Not dramatic, but not overcast either, just a beautiful blue sky with sunlight. I brought back photos of one of the falcons nesting in the tower and a couple of moai statues guarding a Stargate in the sculpture garden.

Ostermontag und ich hab die Chance und morgendliche Ruhe an Feiertagen genutzt, um nochmal eine Radtour zur Jungfernheide zu machen, um dort wieder einen langen, erfrischenden Morningwalk inklusive Intervall-Walking und Atemübungen und Meditation auf der Insel am Ufer zu machen. Es war super entspannend, eine Weile am Ufer zu hocken und sich mit geschlossenen Augen vom auf dem Wasser tanzenden Sonnenlicht in eine tiefe innere Trance versetzen zu lassen. Ich hatte eine 360-Grad-Kamera dabei, um den schönen Wasserturm mal etwas anders festzuhalten, und das Licht hat ganz gut mitgespielt. Zwar kein dramatischer, aber eben auch kein grau verhangener, sondern einfach ein schöner blauer Himmel mit Sonnenlicht. Mitgebracht hab ich euch einen von den Falken, die im Turm nisten, und ein paar Moai, die ein Stargate im Skulpturengarten bewachen.
