Another crisp morning with rain in the forecast, more of it, and earlier in the morning today. So I got up early again to squeeze in a “Three Bridges” loop of interval walking before it got wet, and I was even early enough to extend the route a bit and get in a good number of steps. It had rained again during the night, and everything is still an intense shade of green everywhere. I stopped on one of the bridges for breathing and meditation exercises. The starting point was very photogenic again today, and along the way I captured a few more impressions, including the sun rising from behind the clouds. Otherwise, though, it remained quite gray and cloudy.

Ein frischer Morgen wieder mit angesagtem Regen, mehr und früher am Vormittag heute. Also bin ich auch wieder früh raus, um noch eben eine Drei-Brücken-Runde im Intervall-Walking zu gehen, bevor es nass wird, und ich war sogar früh genug dran, um die Runde noch etwas auszudehnen und ordentlich Schritte zu machen. In der Nacht hatte es auch wieder geregnet, und es ist immer noch alles überall intensiv grüner als grün. Ich hielt auf einer der Brücken für Atem- und Meditationsübungen. Der Startpunkt war heute wieder sehr fotogen, und unterwegs sammelte ich noch ein paar weitere Impressionen, inklusive der hinter Wolken aufgehenden Sonne. Ansonsten blieb es aber recht grau und bewölkt.
