Buenas noches, comunidad de Actifit , hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi entrenamiento matutino. Comencé el día con un trote de 30 minutos, manteniendo un ritmo constante que me permitió calentar el cuerpo y prepararme para la jornada. Después de eso, caminé durante 15 minutos hasta el parque de barras. El camino me sirvió para relajar las piernas y enfocarme en lo que venía. Una vez en el parque, mi rutina se centró en el fortalecimiento del abdomen. Realicé varios ejercicios para trabajar la zona media, la cual es fundamental para cualquier movimiento de calistenia y para mantener una buena postura. Como parte final de la rutina, me animé a lanzar unos muscle ups. Aunque todavía estoy perfeccionando la técnica, cada intento me acerca un poco más a dominarlos por completo. Estos ejercicios son un gran desafío, pero también una excelente manera de medir mi progreso y de mantenerme motivado. Este tipo de entrenamiento me ayuda a ser un atleta más completo, combinando la resistencia del cardio con la fuerza de la calistenia. Además, me permite disfrutar del aire libre y de la energía que se siente en un parque de barras. Este es un lugar donde la comunidad se apoya y motiva mutuamente, y cada sesión me recarga de energía para el resto del día. Sé que con constancia y dedicación, seguiré mejorando y logrando mis objetivos. Cada día, cada entrenamiento, es un paso más en mi camino hacia una versión más fuerte y sana de mí mismo.
Good evening, Actifit community, today I want to share with you my morning training. I started the day with a 30-minute jog, maintaining a constant rhythm that allowed me to warm up my body and prepare for the day. After that, I walked for 15 minutes to the bar park. The road served me to relax my legs and focus on what was coming. Once in the park, my routine focused on strengthening the abdomen. I performed several exercises to work the middle area, which is essential for any calisthenics movement and to maintain a good posture. As a final part of the routine, I was encouraged to launch some muscle ups. Although I am still perfecting the technique, each attempt brings me a little closer to mastering them completely. These exercises are a great challenge, but also a great way to measure my progress and stay motivated. This type of training helps me to be a more complete athlete, combining the endurance of cardio with the strength of calisthenics. In addition, it allows me to enjoy the outdoors and the energy that is felt in a bar park. This is a place where the community supports and motivates each other, and each session recharges me with energy for the rest of the day. I know that with perseverance and dedication, I will continue to improve and achieve my goals. Every day, every workout, is one more step on my way to a stronger and healthier version of myself.
