Best way to exercise is...

Running and riding my bicycle are the most common reasons to use this app for me. But the most enjoyable way to increase my step count... are nature walks!

Warm weather, clear sky, the sound of birds and fresh air. Starting the way walking around the fields and trying to do some birdwatching, hoping to see the sneaky birds hiding in the foliage.

I actually got a few good shots, but on the zoom camera. The phone is great for the panoramic views... or to catch the small critters that are standing still, as this Perez's frog, Rana perezzi!

And after the morning birdwatching session, best way to continue the day is at the beach!

The weather was almost perfect this weekend. And between beach, country, walking around... over 8k steps!

The best part? I'll probably enjoy the next weekend roaming in Alentejo as well... and the weather is likely to be even warmer! 😉
