오늘도 걷기는 많이 못했네.
한번 폭주하면 그다음은 기운이 없어서 축 늘어지는게. 평소에 꾸준해야 하는데.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

이제까지 계획대로 걷기는 잘했지만 체중 감량은 잘 안되네요.

새로운 수단을 강구해서 체중감량을 다시 시도해야겠네요.
