I got a fair bit in yesterday, didn't do too much overall though. I went grocery shopping in the morning, worked a lot & had a few meetings, went for a walk, and worked out. I had a pretty good day overall, despite it being chilly & raining for most of the day

It's been raining here as well. a bit of unusual though, and it's raining very heavy too.
Happy to see that you have an active day and are able to do 7.5K activity today. You did a mix of actives - a bit of walk and workout , which is really very good.
