My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2020

Hello Actifitters!

I am back with another exciting report….to be very honest, I really didn’t do a lot today.

Since it was a super busy week, I took the entire day to unplug & truly relax. Sometimes I have trouble doing that because my mind doesn’t always shut off. If I am not being productive, I tend to feel guilty…

But this is something I am working on in order to achieve some balance in life. We all need to rest & “do nothing” sometimes. It is a form of self care so taking one day a week or every couple of weeks is beneficial for physical & mental health. (It probably helped that I wasn’t feeling 100% either so that gave me the nudge…)

So, I watched a few favorite TV shows, especially Rizzoli & Isles. Timmy even hung out with me for a bit as seen here…. Yes he is really energetic as you can tell …🤣🤣😹😹

I actually STILL managed to get my steps in, surprisingly, since I did have a few chores to do that were unavoidable…

I also brainstormed about some video content I want to make over the week. My landlord brought over some zucchini & yellow squash from her garden so I think I have a food video I plan on creating, which will have a funny twist. Stay tuned for that in a few days…. ;)

Other than that, it was just a simple, relaxing day….& I am perfectly okay with that! Hopefully over the week, I have more exciting stuff to report….

Even on a not so active day, you managed 5k active count that's awesome. We truly do need to rest every now and then but you know I'm guilty of that too, I just want to keep utilizing time and if I'm not I feel bad.

I was surprised I did 5K. Those chores probably did it lol. Yes that's why I am only committing to a few times a week until I build up more. That way I don't overwhelm myself lol.
