My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2020...... Sunday funday 👣🏃💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. The very last Sunday of the month and it has been another wonderful day. Thank you for stopping by yet again 👏 and please keep reading 👓 as I breakdown my stepping activities of the day 💨.
As usual, I was out early with the fast paced brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood. The weather was perfect with a nice cool breeze 🍃. I kept going until a little after ten o'clock when I ended that session.
Back indoors, I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into the day's trending news. Locally it's all about the plannedemic and the upcoming constitutional referendum's political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, the fighting in Ethiopia has finally subsided, however lots of people have been misplaced while others have been killed. It's quite a messy situation but hopefully things fall back in place ASAP💯. Many of the refugees who fled into neighbouring Sudan are still shaken and aren't sure if they will be going back home soon.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is holding strong 💪 at 18k. The big question is are we going to pull back or will we keep escalating to 20k and beyond. So I did watch some crypto analysis videos and also handled the day's cleaning chores.
Meanwhile, outside the rain ☔ was pouring as the afternoon approached.
Later in the afternoon, I was out at the mall meeting some friends and also picking up a few groceries.
When, I got back home, I lay down for my usual afternoon nap 💤 dreaming away until early evening when I got up feeling great 💪.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and had my ginger tea ☕ too. The sunset ⛅🌄 walk beckoned so I was out yet again for the relaxing walk that ends my day. The rain had cleared and the sun 🌻 was attempting to peep through the clouds.
I did enjoy that session and returned home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day.I forgot to mention, the rain ☔ came back just as I ended my walk.
